I sit across the moving parts, ensuring things run properly, issues are picked up early, and standards are maintained without requiring constant involvement from the principal.
The role typically starts with a specific need, a property, a project, or a period of change, and evolves into ongoing oversight as trust builds.
Who I Am
I have worked alongside private principals since 2001. My background started hands-on and has developed into broader oversight across multiple properties, projects, and jurisdictions, always working directly with the principal.
I bring a small, trusted network around me when needed, but remain the central point of responsibility, ensuring things are handled properly and without unnecessary noise.
I take on a small number of situations where I can be properly involved, allowing for continuity and direct oversight.
